I saw a thread elsewhere about Sark's prospects for getting a real job next year. According to a couple people, Sober Steve had "a setback" which has removed his name from any offseason hiring lists.

So if Lane leaves before the CFP and Sark is drunk again I guess Nick will be the OC

In other words, nothing has changed

i saw it on the mainboard, been trying to post the link but getting the "awaiting approval" message, irregardless:

poast 1:

Saw someone on our boards say the rumor was that sark got tanked after the SECCG last week

I believe him yo

That rumor has come in a few forms. One said he showed up to the game drunk. No clue if any or all of it is true.

I used to have an O-line coach that was a drunk. Great coach. I would have to drive him to games in case he got too drunk and needed to puke or pass out it wouldn't be on the buss. I had him in the press box too so no one would interact with him but me.

Moral of the story, some guys work better on the sauce.

Did he keep a bottle in his desk? Maybe he should work in the tech field.

He did, and was let go for being drunk at work too many times. He was an airplane mechanic. Let that one sink in.
