Roussel's candidates

Hopefully, UW's actual list should not include any assistant coaches. We don't need another fucking experiment.
 
What does Roussel's list including Wilcox mean? Either Roussel is less connected than he seems, or Wilcox is trying to strengthen his hand to be considered by going to USC too?
