The media coverage has been ridiculous. "Team of destiny." LOL. Saw Charlie Rose ask Tim Howard how the performance changes his life. Fuck.

Overall it was a good showing (played three top 10 teams), they are getting better and that will continue under Klansmen. But it was nothing worthy of the excessive media coverage and accolades.

Someone at work was crowing about how great the goalie is ... and how he set a record for most goals saved.

I shrugged and said ... that means the rest of the team sucked ass and let the most shots get off.
