Honest to God, I appreciate that people like you are a massive catalyst to people going over to Trump and MAGA. Completely unethical and without shame, unwilling to admit an ounce of wrong doing. Watch the videos. Byrd is seriously dangerous with a firearm. His gun handling is atrocious, especially his trigger finger placement/discipline. There was no shooting investigation or review. Nancy blocked it as she was in charge. When a police officer is in a shooting a team from the DA's office rolls out and evaluates. Unless it's a pretty large agency the investigation is conducted by the county sheriff's office and evaluated by the district attorney's office along with their own teams observations as to whether it was justified. Plus internal department review. Anybody and everybody that was at the scene is interviewed extensively by all of the above.

The judges will definitely take something off his score for style points. Yet the mob didn't manage to kill any elected officials, so maybe it's just an ugly win, but still a win.
 
I'm not sure it was even intentional. He was such a wreck he may have accidentally fired the gun. But zero investigation or accountability is the tell.
