Richard Sherman rooting for Pete Carroll to take the Raiders job

Pete has always had a good eye for talent [I think] and can probably make a big difference if the Raiders are willing to deal and build [brady will be helpful in that equation I think].
I think the hawks got rid of the wrong guy, I would have switched out the GM [let Pete do both, and have Pete Hire a quality and expensive DC] and let Pete rebuild.

Mostly agree but after 10 plus years a coach’s message loses it’s impact.
Pete imo never hired a great OC and he was like a co-gm. Pete ran the entire program so no OL and shitty recycled oc’s is on Pete.

Edit: Pete will definitely do well as in improve the team and franchise because they have been shit for a couple decades. Problem is his division has the best head coaching and Pete has the worst qb. Not a great starting point so if he can miraculously get them in the wild card it’s a win.

Doubtful and although Wilson is slow and can’t move to see over the los. Brady and Pete could aim higher than Russ plus I doubt Brady would be ok with a washed qb and would let Davis know. Please don’t post the interception ha
 
If he can't get a decent QB, Pete will have one of the best defenses in the NFL in a few years. Raiders just want a winning season.
