I'm not trying to be condescending, cruel or claiming anything that anyone who has ever worked with her doesnt already know: She is just not that bright.
Her handlers clearly knew that many in this country found her laugh to be finger nails on a chalk board. They also knew she used the laugh and her word salads as a crutch for not being able to think on her feet. They supposedly worked hour after hour coaching her with public speaking experts and it never took.
Again, she is just not that bright. She got where she was by cozying up to some really slimy people who propelled her in CA. The next thing you know an old liberal idiot biden selects her simply because she is a minority woman who is attractive and has some name recognition. She went on to have some of the lowest approval ratings of any VP in history and BAM the left elites stage a coup and Harris is THE Presidential candidate without one vote being cast.
Biden has clearly been a puppet for the liberal elites to use to try and ruin this country and build it back in their liberal utopian image.
