Rat voters see this as a wonderful opportunity for the ultimate money grab. Now they want 200 million per black American.

Why does this not surprise me. It is so sad its funny. The money would be wasted and spent in a matter of a couple years. You didn't earn it, you will waste it. These politicians have opened pandora's box and now they have no idea what to do. What started out as a virtue signaling effort that was never going to happen, rats had no intention of actually paying their black voters, has now turned into a money grab the likes of which the country has never seen before.

I was originally thinking I would move to Cali and identify as Slave and get my 200 mil . But then I decided I would rather move to California, open up a Cadillac dealership with a custom rim and tire shop and make five times that much
 
It's just awesome to think about how this will affect the economy. And then what happens later after the dough has been spent? Because you know it will. Doesn't matter what color you are, 1mm put in your lap will go... who knows where.
