No retread hc past his prime. No coordinator without hc experience. No lame dude whose only claim is a connection to OSU. No one that's on the current staff.

I'd like to see a young hc from perhaps a smaller school that would be interested in moving up to the pac12 and a big 5 conference. A winner. The next chip, not the next Dan Hawkins.

I think that beau Baldwin deserves some serious consideration. Beyond that I hope the ad is healthy enough (he has Parkinson's) to hire the next Scott rueck or wayne tinkle, not the next lavonda Wagner or Craig Robinson.
