Let's see the President under Congressional legislation has the power to administer the executive branch. When dem presidents administer the executive branch, not a peep as long as it is on the dem playlist. When a President using his executive power tries to determine what the executive agency is doing that in relation to a Congressional authorization to go do good stuff for America now you have a problem. You want to claim that Congress authorized tens of millions to Politico, go ahead. When spending is authorized it is part of a year long appropriation. It isn't authorized on a day by day basis. Only a political dem hack with a mythical MBA would believe a 90 day suspension to figure out where the money is going isn't good policy.
