eklund out of nowhere says that with sirmon UW will have "a lot of work to do"
When someone points out that he's gone to every game almost and is constantly tweeting about UW, he basically equates it to eason before he committed to Georgia.

and then of course added in the "eason was ready to commit to sark" line.

Pathetic.

Incredibly pathetic. I don't see how the circumstances are remotely comparable. Guess I didn't realize that Eason had committed to Pete and his dad was a tenured professor at UW.

As part of his Scout farewell tour, Huffman just posted an article about Sirmon saying he's all UW.

Better luck next time Scottie!

Sirmon's dad is a professor and Sirmon comments on UW games, said Taylor Rapp was his favorite player, etc.

It would be weird if any in-state QB decommitted, let alone one with Sirmon's connections to UW.

Not to mention the QB's in the two years proceeding him were very lightly recruited guys. Other than going somewhere to start right away, there couldn't possibly be a better place for an in-state QB.

Winning program? Check

QB friendly and centric offense? Check

Offensive system for a drop back passer? Check

Great coach? Check

And again, the QB depth is very weak on paper after Browning, it's local and the kid has been a fan his whole life.

It's just a weird comment by Eklund that seems like it was pulled out of thin air simply to create drama.

His rationale was basically "elite Programs are after him"

Most of which are not in the cfp this year

When he signs his letter

"Things change all the time with 17-18 year old kids. He was wavering now he isn't."

The wonderful part of eklund is we all know kids don't speak with them anymore, so he's getting his news off the twatters or politically disenfranchised parents sitting at the local bar. Eason never wanted to stay in the state of washington. And quite frankly, if he wanted to commit to sark i'm fully against him ever playing a down at UW anyway.

Sirmon committed knowing full well who CP is, what the program is about and where it's headed. Who exactly is going to come in and scoop him up? USC, Oregon, Bama? I don't believe that for a second.

Somebody needs to give me a working PW and UID. I'll do it, OPTEMPO where I'm at is pretty slow. I promise only to lurk on Dooshman.
