Reasons to keep shitty coaches

It takes time to make a successful team.

Nobody wants to coach a team that isn't in the top 15 every year.

Its really hard to beat a ranked Oregon St.

Having fun > winning

coaches need bullets

1. Need to get his own players and assistants in. And if he fires an assistant you can't expect the new assistant to successful right away

2. No PE degree

team is young, coach is a doofus, stadium is old, too much to change, admin is confused, team is young, team needs stability, team is young, fans are fucked

It's too much to expect a Coach in Year 4 to hold onto an 18 point lead at Washington State until he's completely got "his guys" in the program.

No *sizzle.

Oregon cheats.

You can't fire a coach too early he has a family to feed! It's like you are baking a cake would you pull that cake out before it is ready?!! That's what happens when you fire a coach too soon. Coaching stability is very important! Can't keep firing coaches all the time.

Shaun Alexander said we should and he knows way more about football than any of us.

I hated that guy even during his MVP season. The O-Line won the fucking MVP award.

Shaun Alexander would go down if he ran into a fruit fly buzzing around the line of scrimmage...the dude was the complete opposite of Lynch.
