Real estate agents

Joke profession. Totally pointless. Prove me wrong.

If you hired your your sister-in-law's retarded 3rd cousin's drunk best friend who got a license to do one deal, or Redfin, that's on you.

And? Continue.

I've done the FSBO and used agents.

First home I sold in two weeks w/o an agent and walked away with a nice profit.

Next two with agents, mainly for convenience.

Used an agent to sell my late parents home as it was in another city. Agent was great. Potential buyer kept asking for shit. No.
Finally asked her to ask the buyers agent if his buyer was under the mistaken impression that we were desperate to sell the house? Not.
Next call. SOLD! Full asking price.

You laugh, but I'm serious.

If I could tell you the people behind the NDAs I've had to sign, you would agree they wouldn't tolerate anything less than an absolute professional.

There's absolutely a purpose for real estate agents.

Search "PropertySex" on pornhub and prove me wrong.

Real Estate agents are fine for the paperwork, and will usually take a lower commission if you just have them do that, and you take care of marketing it. You can also use an attorney, and just compare the costs, to decide which direction you want to go.

Guilty of working the sawmills to pay my way through College. Every drop of green chain sweat was a sign of my White Supremacy.
