My $ is on Riley bombing out. He isn't taking over Bob's well oiled machine. SC is a dumpster fire right now.

We'll see how good of a coach Riley is

It should be incredibly easy for him to get a great offense going next year. He’s not flaming out.

This is how futile ranking head coaching hires is, evidenced by this SI list from 2017, ranked from best to worst:
1. Scott Frost. Lame duck who took a pay cut.
2. Chip Kelly. Lame duck.
3. Jonathan Smith. Extended.
4. Steve Campbell, Southern Alabama. Who? Went 9-26. Fired.
5. Willie Taggart. Fired.

14. Sonny Dykes. Successful, hired away by TCU.
15. Josh Heupel. Successful, hired away by Tennessee.
16. Jeremy Pruitt. Fired for recruiting violations and not winning enough.
17. Sean Lewis, Kent State. Lol just won the MAC East and Kent State had made two bowl games under him after having three total in their history. He’s a day younger than Dan Lanning, making him the youngest coach in FBS.
18. Mario Cristobal. Successful, hired away by Miami.
19. Jimbo Fisher. Has led aTm to highest end of season ranking in AP poll era, finished with top recruiting class, beat Bama, attempted to be hired away by LSU for $125 million.
20. Herm Edwards. Kind of successful? Not fired for violations yet.

Dickert has the least to do to be considered successful.

He actually had D talent at OU and they couldn’t play D. SC? Knock has been lines on both sides of the ball. It won’t be magic next year for sure.

I like DeBoer a lot. You don't have to be a sizzle wizard to kick people's asses.

He seems like pre burnout Petersen but with a chip on his shoulder. Players will want to play for him.

Fuck off.

Didn't have shit to do with the offense (their best aspect by far). Timed it perfectly with that rare 1/4 years when cuog has some seniors on D.

Didn't have the connection to the Hawaiian pipeline including the QB. As a matter of fact flipped off the guy who did as he was booted off of campus.

Went 3-2 for the soft part of his schedule.

JBeavlet and bone dawg insert the plunger sideways into him next year.
