It's not looking good. Last week there was some hype around Kirby Moore, Donte, a coach from Boise and another from Michigan. All fuck recruiters. Heaner and the top receiver were coming up from FSU. Times were the tits. All those promises have come crashing down. Since everything is about pay, it's clear Jen doublecrossed us on budget, meaning she had once last lucky chance to make UW relevant in the new era but she choked on the purse.

Yeah as lead sled dog for the Deboner Donors my initial enthusiasm has been tempered by the clusterfuck arranging a staff has become. And while Rome is burning no recruits are coming and departures galore. I expected the departures, so whatevs, but no staff, and all the top guys we were hoping for telling us to fuck off is a MAJOR red flag.

From a recruiting standpoint--and maybe even a staff hiring standpoint as well, now that I think about it--we're perhaps underestimating how badly the well has been poisoned.
