Getting this guy as a preferred walk on seems great to me.
His film has a lot to like... plays with good pad level and has good flexibility and athleticism for his size. Has good technique for a 2 gap defensive lineman doing a good job of using his hands and keeping his feet moving laterally.
For being 6-4, 300 I'd expect him to look more physically imposing so he needs to get stronger.
Good get as a walk on in my opinion.

If so it seems like a way to get around scholarship limits... just hand them the $ that is equivalent to what a scholarship covers.
