Put this on repeat for the rest of the midterms

His first duty is to uphold the Constitution which he hasn't done. His rhetoric is designed to make it look like if you accept his premise, then violating several Amendments is justified. It's a rhetorical ploy designed to argue that we need to suspend the Constitution. No, you can't violate the Constitution for any reason.

The state of Washington is about to pass a tax that at least according to court precedent is unconstitutional.

Please give us examples of where he has not upheld the Constitution.

I can give you many examples of where the democrats have not upheld the Constitution.

Murders of people exercising 1st Amendment. That dude Pretti was basically shot because he had a gun, so 2nd Amendment.

Our dictator is running a paramilitary force that is unaccountable, arresting Americans. He's making a complete mockery of the 4th Amendment.

So violating the 1st, 2nd, and 4th.

Pretti had a gun and was physically interfering with ICE agents. FAFO. Pile high and deeper thinks police should take the first stab wound and bullet. Good tried to run down an ICE agent who already had been run down the month before. When you are physically interfering in police matters that isn't a First Amendment right. Just like Don Lemon invading a private church service isn't a first amendment right. You don't need a federal judge warrant to take into custody an illegal alien with a deportation order.

It's astounding how AOG can go oh for three on the Constitution with regards to Pretti. Actually its not all that astounding.

Notice how Minnesota hasn't filed any charges against the officers involved in either of the incidents? They have no pots to piss in.

Gee, I wonder why.

Punishing innocent citizens in blue states for the crimes of others, while turning the other cheek in red states, and pardoning other fraudsters with the stroke of a pen weekly. That'll all play well.

Punishing fraud everywhere is a good thing. Texas apparently wants to stop fraud and asks for assistance.

Cutting off funds to states who are not cooperative in investigating fraud is one way to gain their attention.

The narrative that Minnesota isn't cooperating with federal fraud investigations is trumped up political theater. They are just the same as anyone else. Laughably, Minnesota Republicans actually blocked a comprehensive fraud prevention package last year. Minnesota, California, and New York are being targeted by Trump because it gives the impression that libs/blue states are the guilty fraudsters, when in actuality fraud is apolitical and rampant everywhere. Same as it ever was. It's disingenuous to claim otherwise. This targeting is all politics. Anything to own the libs.

MAGA hasn't said one word about the rampant fraud in Texas and Florida, or the blatant corruption in the White House. MAGA bites their tongue when Fuckboi Von Clownface pardons new fraudsters weekly. MAGA smiles and waves at the countless oversight mechanisms that Clownface Von Fuckboi has gutted. But the libs!

All fraud and corruption should be punished. Prevention mechanisms should be strengthened and laws should be enforced. Blue states shouldn't be targeted for political purposes and innocent people shouldn't be punished for the crimes of others. It's not hard.
