No. It wasn't a big problem in 2020. That lie got blown up some time ago.
The dazzler's mantra is that it never happened and he will fight you to the death over any voting mechanisms that would make sure it never happened. No or very loose internal controls necessary over maintaining accurate voter rolls, ballot security and auditable results. This from a mythical MBA and attorney who claims to be able to counsel people on how to take care of their assets. Hey, just stick it in a container and bury it in the backyard and forget about it.
