As much as I hate to, the NCAA is the last one to go for me.
Ive quit watching all of the others along with a taking my $ elsewhere from the myriad of woke corporations.
 
I'm pretty hard right on the second amendment, but you would have a hard time convincing me that it would be a good idea for thousands of people to be carrying guns at a sporting event.

I can carry a gun in all 50 states and into many stadiums but NFL stadiums will only let them in if in uniform working the event. Because cops out of uniform or retired after 30 years of service are untrustworthy!

Slippery slope. Where do you draw the line? Because someone was a cop they get to carry into a stadium and I don't?

I have a very similar/same mental calculus on the issue. What disturbs me is walk to the stadium un-armed.

Federal law allows me to carry in all 50. But not permit holders. Ask your congress critter to get to work!

On the other hand I was also extensively background checked and psych tested and proved myself over a long career and allowed to carry a gun on airplanes, federal buildings etc.
