Yeah, Manafort was doing something that the dems were doing in spades and didn't want a FARA investigation scandal that would spread to big time dems like Podesta. He was investigated and not charged. It was only when he went to work for Trump that the threatened to recharge him unless he provided false testimony about Trump and the Russians. When he refused they threw the book at him. That was basically the same situation with anyone associated with Trump that got charged. All were pressured to give false testimony. None did because there was no there there. Trump was the most investigated politician in the history of our Republic and then came up with zip. Just like claiming the Epstein files should put Trump in jail. Except if there was any there there the dementia patient's administration would have had the evidence leaked and use to end Trump.
