If Penix was any kind of a runner, things could look a lot better. There were times today where he could have run for big gains, if he was that kind of QB.

Going forward, I don’t want to see anymore pocket-only passers at UW. It takes a whole dimension of the game out of the equation and becomes a competitive disadvantage.
 
Penix is such a god-tier throwing QB but not tucking it and running it at ALL is a liability and something teams can scheme for.
 
He's going to win the Heisman but we don't want another QB like that.

The further we get into the season the more likely he will occasionally run .., seems to me that is what started happening last season.

Of course I could be wrong ..
