If they had a Kirby Smart or Lincoln Riley level coordinator on staff, then sure, I could get on board.

But Moorehead? His offense is above average but nothing special, and he was a clear failure at Mississippi State when he finally got his HC opp. That would be an F hire.
 
I read this as hiring a Duck assistant as an assistant.

There are ways I could see that working. I wouldn't write off a qualified candidate because he coached at UO.

yeah, I should have titled it as "head coach." I kind of thought though people would assume it since we don't have a head coach! You half brains.
 
Are we talking about fucking Moorhead? Aside from having a pretty average offense which is greatly aided by Crisco’s great OL schemes (credit where due) didn’t he have a fucking heart attack or some shit before the Stanford game?
 
If there were a good coordinator that we could poach, absolutely. But if we're talking about current assistants none of them are worthy of consideration.
