Went on a swamp tour today with a genuine backwoods Cajun captaining the boat. I lost count of how many times he said "pod". It was surreal.

I may be wrong but I thought it was southern slang for "resident dickhead(s)" or "main/local asshole"

But, it's also an acronym for Pussy On Demand. Or better know (with UW this year) as Victory Coitus!!!
