I've had this all wrong. My goal was to bring OU/Texas over to save the Pac-12. After watching every team minus Utah and Texas play defense like the Big XII does where first team to 50 wins, I have come to the conclusion you have to burn it all down before you build it back up.

Stanford/Michigan/Ohio State/Michigan State make a war daddy superconference. Tree could go Big XII route, but they would say been there, done that no thanks.
