Western delivered a search warrant to Yik Yak to try to track down the authors of the threatening posts. The Bellingham Police Department assisted campus police with the investigation.
This is a subject that I have addressed here before. I love to provoke Liberals because it's so easy and fun. Many of you have complained about me to "the staff" and requested that I be banned. (A typical response by Liberals faced with facts they don't like to hear, despite what the First Amendment says.)
This kid has been criminally arraigned; ie., the judge found probable cause to go forward with his prosecution. The website has been hit with a criminal search warrant. This is some serious shit. But it's important to remember that these threats were NOT made directly to an alleged victim. They were indirect in nature.
On occasion, I have received direct threats of violence from one or two of you in here. Remember, you can actually be arrested for things you may poaste on here.
Take responsibility. Try to be an adult. Threatening people with physical violence on the internet is a felony. Knock it off.
