Not sure it’s an elephant in the room or not, but seems like USC commonly has this issue where talent wise they are off the charts but they get beat by people who work harder with less. If your entire class is A grade stars, seems like the overall team ecosystem suffers.

Guess those consultants are correct when they say you have to have B and C players in the workplace.
