This is the kind of thing @Dennis_DeYoung has nightmares about. He already hates normal sized white peoples but ones that are 7'7 and resemble a spider with down syndrome? Ick!

You have to feel bad for that kid.
He can't run or jump very well and will probably start developing bone, joint, and heart issues soon. He'll probably need to start using a cane to walk around before he goes to college.
