Where's Pleasant? I like McGrew's shiftiness more, but how about a touch or two for another 8th-year senior that stuck around? He could run into the linemen's backs as well as Newton.
 
Jon Don must have convinced Lake that the running game will improve if they just focus on just running the top 2 guys so they can get into a rhythm and wear down the other defense in the 4th quarter.

I said this last week. Some players are gamers. Others look pretty in practice. WHATEVER IS HAPPENING IN PRACTICE CLEARLY ISN'T TRANSLATING YOU STUPID FUCK.

Morris probably looks like a stud in practice and comes out looking like a scared, pissed himself child.

Reading comprehension 101. Your post made it sound like he had opportunities that he gave up and “came back” just to sit on the bench. Are you suggesting he was NFL ready or had other options?

It doesn’t matter who is at RB if all a defense has to do is double team Otton and then stop the run. It’s clear as day that’s all Montana and Michigan did.

I don't know how anyone is getting worked up about McGrew. Yeah, it's practically coaching malpractice to not play the guy for two straight games, but the program is engulfed in flames right now. We're so past the point of quibbling about personnel decisions and game plans. Jimmy is fucking cratering this program before our very eyes.

He is the new Chris Hemphill, Chris Stevens, Cody Bruns. Sure he should play, but the program is in quicksand and not the big issue.
