Ohio State won it in 2014 and 2002. Michigan won it in 1997. Before that, Ohio State won it in 1968. So you might be right. State Penn (lol) won it in 1986 and 1982 and they didn't join until '93.

They always play really conservative, unimaginative offense going back to Woody Hayes and Schembechler.
