even with no passing game they put a shitload of wr's in the nfl and win championships. tOSU > UW as far as offers go and it is not even remotely close.

This is completely normal. Recruits after they have committed always do these "blessed to receive a scholarship from X" tweets.
 
Like was said during the Utah episode a month ago, Ty Jones has had a really weird recruitment. Hamden needs to get down there and blockade his house because I could see him take a surprise last weekend in January visit
