And yet, the B12 champ (Utah based on this ranking) and not 1 but TWO G5 champs would leapfrog #11 and 12 to make the playoff. One would even get a bye to the quarterfinals.

The top 4 conference winner to the quarters and giving 6 conference winners entry into the tournament are going to be the biggest fixes that the B1G and SEC have to make.
