Just wait for the epic showdown in the Jazz Sweet 16 between Herbie Hancock and Chick Corea.

John Coltrane winning the "Best Heroin Addict Musician" poll will give a lot of Amsterdam Cool street cred to everything else you are doing...

And before you say it, Keef's heroin days were Exhile On Main Street, now he just looks and sounds like the 2+ pack a day smoker that he is...

This would be a good rabbit hole to go down fer sure. Keef was skrong on heroin all the way to the 1977 bust- i.e., Some Gurls was the first post junkie album.

Just wait for the epic showdown in the Jazz Sweet 16 between Herbie Hancock[/s] Charlie Parker and Chick Corea[/s] Lester Young.

Read a biography of Charlie Parker in high school, and learned that he supposedly got high on Nutmeg (among other things)

Both moms were gone and of course I poured all the nutmeg into orange juice and guzzled it - tasted awful and no buzz

Probably should have snorted it

Cool story Bruh - yea I know

No punk? Shit pole. @UW_Doog_Bot weeps.

Sadly it usually gets rolled into either alternative or "hard rock/metal" so pick one of those. Cuntry is a strong 2nd. The Highwaymen were the punk rock of their day. I grew up with outlaw cuntry and honky tonk and still have a strong love for it.
Hank Williams was an OG.

Sad indeed. I guess it fits more into alternative than hard rock/metal though.

Old country would probably be my #2 here. I think our country bracket will get very heated and get a lot of interest.

I'm going to help out with the seedings, and then blame @Tequilla when they come out. People are going to be pissed anyway you do it.
