Phil Steele Names Washington Huskies as College Football’s Biggest ‘Surprise’ Team

Phil Steele generally knows what he is talking about.

Interesting.

If the offensive line is as good as he says, who knows?

If feels like we haven't had a true road grader, when it matters type OL in decades. I'll believe it when I see it.

We have had individual studs, but collectively the line hasnt gotten it done against P5 dlines in big out of conference games.

We were mauling Auburn and doing a great job protecting Browning. Until the pressure was really on in the 2nd half. Then, we werent.

Can we have Herr Strausser back?

Biggest surprise will be the identity of our dime DB against Stanford on the goalline.

He was on local sports radio the other day (I know, fuck off) and he actually said the offensive line averages 330 across the board.

I literally lol'd.

If you purchased this he says all that and then says that it'll come down to the Washington Oregon game and gives the nod to Washington because of a home schedule.

Washington lost to the only 2 good teams they played at home in 2019 and was shit on the road except in Tucson in the second half.

They could drop Oregon, ASU, UCLA, and @ Stanford virtually be at the size of the turd Pete dropped 2 years ago.
