Utah at #8, huh? Why the fuck is that a Top 10 team? Arizona at 30 seems really curious. They return a core of a team that would have maybe made a 12-team playoff last year. If those guys didn't just follow Fisch to UW to stick around for that and Brennan fuck me.
 
Utah in the Big-12 will do nothing to squash the belief that they’re a top 10 team. They aren’t and The Big-12 sans Texas and Oklahoma will perpetuate the legend of Mighty Ute.
 
I used to buy the Phil Steel magazine at the 7 11 on Aurora in August as a sign of football season

I'd add Ohio State and that's about it to me. There's a cluster of teams that have some nice things after those group but they all also have massive question marks the way you usually wouldn't with teams ranked like 3-10 most seasons. Not sure if it's just teams finally running out of covid eligibility or the portal and shit messing up development but it certainly feels like the quality of teams is going down.

Ohio State is overpaying for a mid at best QB
Dylan Morris might be better than Will Howard

I thought they would end up with Cam Ward. Their QB was garbage last year and they were arguably the 2nd or 3rd best team in the country so they should be fine.
I like Arizona a lot more than Utah.
