Just commuted to my third member guest for this summer. Gonna get wasted and make eagles in peoples faces.

Bob Harig: FACT. Scheffler is playing incredibly consistent golf. And beating people by big margins. But Jack had 35 top-10s in majors out of 40 in the 1970s. That’s just one of his amazing stats. Scottie is great. He’s been doing it for less than four seasons.
John Pluym: FACT. How do you not listen to what the GOAT says (although I do https://www.si.com/golf/jack-nicklaus-cant-stand-walk-and-talk-interviews-memorial-broadcast)? Scheffler is the best player in the game. He’s on a Tiger Woods–type run. However, Scheffler needs to do it consistently over an extended period before you can say he’s playing better than Nicklaus.
Jeff Ritter: FACT. Jack won 18 majors and also famously came in second 19 times. Scottie’s on a great run, but Nicklaus did it for such a ridiculously long amount of time. I think he’ll forever be the king of consistency.
John Schwarb: FACT. Scheffler is only 28. If he’s sitting next to Nicklaus five years from now at age 33 (and when Jack is 90, knock on wood) with the career Grand Slam completed and about 35 to 40 Tour wins, then the comparisons would be more apt. Yet the Golden Bear would still get the nod.
Wait a second. So is Jack actually still the GOAT? Or is this like Walter Payton or Barry Sanders (Tiger) actually being the GOAT, but Emmitt Smith (Jack) holding the numbers? Or Maybe Tiger being Gayle Sayers would be a better comparison.

Jack is the GOAT and I am a YUGE Tiger fan
Health and longevity count. 20>18. I count US Ams because they counted for Jack until Tiger won three. Its really close. At his best Tiger was the best ever
If only…

If Tiger couldn't dethrone Jack, I have a hard time believing anybody ever will. I was not there for Jack, but I saw every moment of Tiger and I can't imagine anybody ever being as dominant as he was across any sport. I would almost consider him the GOAT of GOATs - him or Tom Brady (and this omits sports like boxing, racing, tennis, etc). Sounds like an @YellowSnow tournament.
This is where the LeBron guys always get it wrong and where I will stay in my lane. If the people who saw both Jack and Tiger play still roll with Jack that is pretty mind blowing to me, but I would have no argument against that.

Tiger lost out on several majors because of equipment and the ball getting better. Brought everyone closer to him.

His first swing change after the 97 Masters was legit and led to 99 through 02
Then he had to change due to injury even though he didn't admit it. Every change and injury took time off the board
I'll never argue against him. 97 to 2009 was epic.

Michael Jordan would like a word please.

I would argue that Brady's career was more impressive than Jordan's because of both longevity, difficulty of winning in the NFL vs NBA (which used to be setup for dynasties), and bringing a title to multiple cities.

Fleetwood has 8 years on the US tour, 41 top tens and 30 million dollars to go with 7 wins on the DP
He really should close the deal today. Scottie is washed up at age 29 - a double and a triple on his birthday yesterday

Spot of bad luck for the Brit to run into Captain America on his own course. Fleetwood opened the door but Bradley sank a mile of putts to go through it
