Before the season F3 posted that their subscriber base was about 5% the capacity of the stadium in a thread about entrance music. So 3500-4000 sounds about right unless he's making that up.

I love how condescending those pricks are. I really hope this site can take off and I think it's going to especially if Sark is brought back after another terrible year.

How much money could Kim be making off that site? He has to pay the Army of Tards, lots of travel expense, and 100 bucks a year, even with 1000 subs isn't exactly rolling in it. Granted, I don't know a ton about monetization with websites, so perhaps Fox pays them all something? Ad revenue?

You have subscriptions and then ad revenue. I bet their income is entirely subscriptions. That kind of traffic would be worth a lot (for advertising) if it was on a porn, financial or health site. Sports site? Its worthless.

I heard a while back they had 4,000. Maybe they have 5000 now. Scout probably gets half so lets assume revs of 25K/month. Scout probably pays for some of the expenses. A couple grand goes to Fetters & Ecklund, then Dave & Kim probably split the rest. Say they pay F&E 3K and have 4K of expenses then leaves 7500/mo for Kim.

Don't think he will go broke anytime soon. It's a nice source of income but certainly quite small compared to Kim's ego.

Good numbers to chew on, and probably somewhat close to the realm of reality. I have always wondered how he managed to keep a few people paid on what looked like somewhat meager revenue, but 25K a month is nothing to sneeze at when all you have to do to get it is field complaint PM's from Doogs (LOL), wear stupid pants, feed Fetters nachos, and make up utter nonsense that lap dog re re's eat up by the bucket load.
 
There's no way F3's food budget is feasible with those numbers Chest posted. He must be running annual budget deficits in order to afford a lavish mustard lifestyle.

What is sad is that eating healthier can cost way more.

Although F3 is probably the kind of fat guy who never eats in front of people and then on his way home from work orders $25 of McDonalds and gorges it all down in one sitting.

You do get plungered for vegan and you actually have to take time and effort to prepare it. Far cheaper and easier to fill up onsome crap. Thats why Americans are fat.
 
Here's my take on it, and I have no real information. Sark and Woody pretend to buddy up to Kim and basically say, "You suck our nuts, we will scratch yours." The doogman staff makes sure things don't get too out of line criticizing UW coaches and the AD. They also from time to time will post on doogman about all of the things they are doing right.

In return, Sark allows assistant coaches and recruits to go on their shitty radio show. They also probably get some useless off the record info from time to time. This makes Kim feel important and let's Woodward and Sark control the board. The truth is, Kim is getting played harder than a heavy metal drum set by Woodward and Sark.
 
Doogman is totally in bed with Pool Boy. Derek even had an actual phone conversation with Kim about how they finally respect Doogman.

No, it was in person at a bar. He wasn't drunk by any means, but he had had several drinks when he told me that.
 
DP206 told me that at a recruiting banquet, Kim told him that Sark semi-threatened him and said do you want to be Nordstrom or Wall Mart.

Funny thing is, Wall Mart makes way more money. Fucking idiot Sark. LOL.

A few years ago Kim and I went back and forth a bit. He insisted on making my articles premium, while I wanted them free for wider distribution. His argument (and valid from his point of view) was that it made the articles more valuable to have to pay for them. If I recall correctly, we were discussing numbers and I argued that having 50-100,000 people read an article was more valuable to me than 3,000+ potentially reading the article. We compromised 50/50, as I recall.

The vast majority of the members there do not post. I'm sure they have at least a few thousand members. Plenty of people have signed up and forgotten about it.

I agree that most probably don't post, hence my 20% estimate. Honestly, there is just no way they have 4,000+ subscribers. People don't forget about a monthly fee. Maybe for a month or two, but I just don't think there are hundreds of people who see $12 for Doogman on their credit card statement and just let it slide.
