There's a thread on doogman announcing some kid named Jamon Jones will walk on at UW. People notice that he's being recruited as an athlete, so ask where he's going to play. Of course Ektard chimes in and says the coaches want him as a safety. Not 5 minutes later, someone mentions that the kid on his own twitter account said they want him as a WR.

I got a few belly laughs out of it. And no, I'm not surprised that I'm surprised. Because I'm not surprised. It's just fun noticing that he's always wrong (but what about all the times he is right?)

Kids change their minds all the time now. Scott was just passing along what he was hearing. Stop twisting.
 
Scott was right that he was playing safety at the time he said it. Recruits change their minds. We've been doing this a long time and know how these things work.
