And make it a pea patch. There is no recovering or spin from this. Recruiting was already in the toilet and this will make it worse. No serious assistants would come to this sinking ship. This is what happens when you do no coaching search nor even know how to do a proper search if you tried one. Jen Cohen is ofertwo on big coach hires. Get rid of her before Jimmy gets fired or it's just more of the same. I wouldn't trust her to hire a dog catcher.
