No one should have been punished by the NCAA. Any punishment should have been through criminal and civil courts. NCAA just had to grandstand. Notice how quickly they moved. What normally takes month they did in days. They had to do it while it was in the news and it was the outrage of the day. The NCAA punished PSU for their own benefit, not to serve any sort of justice.
