this is how Washington could lose Fishe… a last minute scramble for a historic program like Florida or Penn State with a gun to their head and declining last minute choices results in a bigger payday, equal to better recruiting footprint, and potentially a better cultural fit

You don’t fire 10-2 Franklin if you’re just looking for solid though, right? They swung and missed many times and are now they’re settling. Remember, Franklin won 9 games back to back years at Vandy pre NIL and transfer portal. Winning at a job many thought was impossible. Sound familiar?

You make a good point. That being said, if Campbell went there I would expect good things to happen.

Our program is so much better that Gilby will succeed here after failing at Cal is a fallacy.
Pretty sure that is the spin for Campbell at PSU. I know he didn't fail at Iowa State but he never made it to the next level

I forgot about Tequilla being a big fan of Campbell. I thought it was a solid hire u til you mentioned that.
