The Arab conquest of Persia happened the 7th century. By the 9th/10th it became majority Muslim. There aren’t a lot of Zoroastrians around anymore, dude.

According to Race if a region had a religion that goes back thousands of years, that’s technically still their majority religion. That’s why Greece and Rome are technically still majority Greco-Roman Polytheists.

I was in Morocco at about this time last year. Lots of people I met grew up Berber as opposed to Arab. But the Berbers are just as Muslim as the Arabs.

You shouldn’t assume everyone who travels is as shallow as you are. I wasn’t visiting Morocco in order to replicate a stay in Newport Beach. I wasn’t on the coast either, though I would like to see Rabat someday.
