I can't believe there's any way that he plays this year given that injury. Without him, I can't imagine them being more than a 30-win team. Worst perimeter team in the league without him.

He was literally the only player in the East that could come close to going toe to toe with Lebron. Sad from a competitive standpoint. But it does clear the way for #myCavs.

That doesn't look good. I'm sure modern medicine can work wonders, but I'm with Road Dawg on this one. People rarely come back the same from such a severe injury.
 
George's career is over. He will come back, but he will never be the same.

The initial reports actually sound very optimistic. I guess it was a clean break and he didn't damage any soft tissue.

I think it's spin. Everyone feels bad for him and wants to be positive. He can still work himself into being a good player, but his athleticism will never be the same.
 
Bernard King came back and was an all-star after his terrible injury ... but he was never Bernard King again.
