I'd call Senator Murray a retard but that would be an insult to retards everywhere. She may be the dumbest person of either party to ever serve, er...take up space, in the U.S. Senate and that's really saying something.

While the main author of the bill, Max Baucus from Montana, says that it will likely become a train wreck. He was smart enough to not run for reelection because in Montana, they'd finally be smart enough to vote him out. Too bad King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties are too stupid to do the same and vote her out.
