I don’t think it was prevent. I just think we suck at coverage. Hopefully they get better but they will face better offenses than that.

I'm confident the secondary will get better. It's not like our secondaries in the recent past tho. I don't even think they were terrible yesterday. Michigan State had to convert 4th downs and did not have an easy drive until the 4th quarter. The drive Sparty had in the 2nd half wasn't terribly difficult but they did have to convert a 4th and 6. The whole team played shitty in the 4th quarter. Pass rush wasn't as strong, offense lost their tempo in order to run out the clock, and the coverage was bad. Completions and yards are going to happen when our CB's don't play 10 yards deep with two safeties 30 yards deep. And the talent isn't great there.
