There is already a federal injunction on any NCAA/School limitations to multi transfers anyways.
One of the lawsuits working its way through the court alleging anti trust violations is a third-time, non-graduate transfer, former UW basketball player RaeQuan Battle.

maybe….i thought could only transfer twice twice though
