Wow, a bunch of DEI leftards have a sweeping plan. Next on the agenda cheap accessible high speed rail and then a revamp of the Cali public education system. Definitely sounds shovel ready. Can we bet on the over/under date of the first completed new building on the burnt out Malibu coast line? January 1, 2031? Definitely will be longer that the time it took the US to win World War II.

There was nothing well intentioned about the collusion of the teacher unions and blue state governors to lock healthy kids out of school so the teachers can go on vacation.
