Its not weaker than the rest of the country (SEC excepted), but it's Similar to what the p10 was for most of the past 30 years. Caroll USC and Chip Ducks were outliers. Usually there is no dominant team.

Once you add James' dominant run to those two you get basically half the time there's a dominant program.
