The pac-12 is just a bunch of 8-4 teams plYing each other.

Its not weaker than the rest of the country (SEC excepted), but it's Similar to what the p10 was for most of the past 30 years. Caroll USC and Chip Ducks were outliers. Usually there is no dominant team.
