It has service in from the major western airline hubs - Dallas, Denver, SFO, LAX, Seattle, Phoenix, Salt Lake, plus flights to most of the big western cities on Alaska, Southwest or Allegiant.
True elites don't fly to hubs. They fly direct on a private jet to LAR. Lot more money in that area than people realize.

Lots of excuse-making for WSU's shitty attendance and lackluster support.
It's an 1 hour and 20 minutes to Spokane and about 2:15 or so to the Tri-Cities. How many fans of Auburn or Clemson or Penn State or Mississippi State travel further to regularly attend home games.
Even when the Cougs have punched above their weight class, they've struggled to fill their 32,000-seat mini-stadium.
All the shit about their flags and license plates being the epitome of their fandom is 100% true.

I found a nifty population radius tool online. It does have limitations since it includes all county population of any county within said radius. For example if Pullman’s radius dips ever so slightly into Spokane County, they get credit for the entire county’s population.
