First off, welcome to our message boards. You're about to enter lively forums centered around Husky Football. We're looking to create a place where people can relax and say what's on their mind. As much as Scout sucks, I think is probably better than Rivals for NW recruiting. (Which really is just a reflection how much Rivals sucks at covering the west coast.

UW is 10th, and OSU is 11th, in the Scout current rankings for the 2015 class.

I don't know anything about the team ranking methodologies for Rival. I suppose I should have said my earlier comment is in terms of individual athlete evaluation. No rankings take "team need" into account so in the end none of it matters since how each team recruits relative to its needs is the real factor for evaluation.
