John Wooden and Bill Walton circa 1975.

Wooden dead. Bill Walton about 70 years old.

Got anything more recent?

I’m glad you find that impressive, Mr. Malarkey.

NCAA basketball has changed a tad since 1975.

Sweet Sixteen today . . . BFD.

All the great players go to the NBA. The rest just transfer from school to school chasing the dream.

Bill Walton’s freshman team beat the UCLA varsity back in the day. Freshman were not eligible to play varsity.

You're all free to name another school besides Oregon or SC that's better known in the world of CFB. One that brings more eyeballs and national attention. I'll be here.

I don't see any helmets. Was this during the leather era? Asking for a fren.

Believe it or not… other people are actually allowed out of the house without their helmet

Take the loss Mendoza. It’s not like something you don’t experience quite often.

No one loves to celebrate 2nd place more than Oregon. Hang the banner!

It's actually fucking heartbreaking and we've been banned from talking about it at the meetings until after punch and pie have been served.

This headline reads like one of those gas station dick pill advertisements you use to see at the bottom of an si.com article.
