Understood but still better than the Las Vegas Bowl, plus his recruiting, plus changing "The Culture" at UCLA. In one year Mora has completely changed the expectations at UCLA.

When you take a team that lost the 2011 Pac-12 championship game and you lead them to a loss in the 2012 Pac-12 Championship game, it's a no brainer. No other coach in Pac-10/12 history has ever taken over a team that lost the Championship game and lost it the next year. I value coaches that accomplish great feats like that.

I know you're being sarcastic but if you can't see that leading a team to a PAC-12 championship game loss that lost in the PAC-12 championship game the year before is incremental progress then I can't help you.
